What a great place to begin our holiday in Norway! We arrived tired and jet-lagged from the airport, but the staff here were incredible people. They were welcoming, kind, and efficient, and they helped us in every way possible. the property was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor garden seating area. the restaurant was fantastic and the dinner we ordered looked like something out of a gourmet magazine. We were impressed!
Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Despite the crowds, we had a pleasant Easter at this hotel. The breakfast had a varied selection of food, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great, close to public transport and a shopping center, perfect for last-minute preparations. Plus, the staff were attentive and polite, always ready to offer assistance.
The noise level was unbearable, the walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway. That made it challenging for us to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was average, nothing spectacular to see around. the guest room was just about okay and could have been better maintained. While the restaurant served gourmet food, the breakfast was limited and lacked variety. the staff was courteous, but not as personable as mentioned in other reviews. There were no standout room advantages or facilities that were memorable.
The parking space available on the hotel premises was inadequate.
